It's my first time staying at the Marriot Airport Hotel in Philadelphia and I find it the most convenient hotel here in the US! I love how the skyway bridge connects the airport to the hotel --and all I have to do is simply follow the arrows leading me from Terminal E passing aisle after aisle of shops until I reach my destination (Terminal B) where after 5-10 minutes of strolling, the final arrow pointed me to where I want to be - - turn right and head to front desk! Nice -- no limo needed --just sensible shoes next time (bad decision as I used my 3 inch boots)
After checking in and hanging up my suit for the following day's meeting - -I was tempted to order room service and just call it a day -- but why end the night at 7pm? Dragging my aching feet to the tired boots - -just my luck as the restaurant downstairs - Riverbend Bar and Grill serves fine dining meals too! Anyway, I can go on and on with the dining experience but this pan seared scallops is to die for! It is served on a bed of spinach with sweet red onion, cucumber and tomatoes drizzled with Sherry Dijon vinaigrette - -all for just at $23
Sumptuous dinner at a great price! Kudos to the chef! Well...traveling and attending meetings with partners is part of my life and a good book keeps me company in each lonely hotel at night!
Watching O'Reilly Factor on a daily basis is a personal ritual and his endless promotion of his book annoyed me so much that I have to read so I can relate to all those commentaries he make ! Of course...I am prepared with my thesaurus coz' if you know him too well --he just loves using big words that only aliens would know----
Creepy as I flipped through the first few chapters where he speak of his catholic school experience --it's like going back to memory lane as I recall my escapades with those nuns back when I was young until my college years.
Funny how the school sounds familiar too - -he studied in St. Bridged's School ( I studied in St. Bridget's School). He went to St Marist College (my high school is in Stella Maris College) - -I am sure there wi'll be more coincidence and similarities as I wrap this up --

This site was a pleasure to read... and I'm pretty picky! You have exceptional taste in cook books (love him too) as well as your Bold Fresh! Ha! you may have thought I wasn't paying attention, but I was.
Pan Seared Sea Scallops yum. Is there a certain type of butter that you prefer? If yes, let me know. I know the cold water scallops are far better than what is sold at supermarkets.
TaTa,
Loved your site, and will return for sure.
Cheers, PT
