So my flight arrived earlier than usual ...and since I am not able to grab any decent meal the whole day - -I can literally eat a whole cow and won't feel any guilt at all. I've always passed by this hallway as I rushed towards the luggage claim area and the smell of smoked barbecued pork always makes me puke! Seriously -- I hate it that by the time I reach the end of the hallway, my hair stinks as if I am sitting by the grill the whole day.
I can't even rationalize why business men in suits are willing to roll their sleeves and feast on those messy spareribs -- Hmmm..they must have a huge expense budget (do they even have a toothbrush with them?) , i guess...
Well, my tummy was rumbling like there's no tomorrow so I decided to join in the bandwagon and went inside Corky's barbecue ....and lo and behold.....
......best spareribs and pulled pork in town! For $20 dollars at the airport, I brought home this rack of ribs that's really so messy, so smelly and so dripping in the plastic bag! I remember buying online for my brother in New Jersey but I am not a big fan of Corky's ...but whatever..I'm hungry!
The question is: Did I eat it? Duh - -NO!!! Kids loved it and I am so tired to eat that I just grabbed a bowl of oatmeal as I watch them licking their fingers....and yes..they confirmed it's sooo good!
Anyway, here's my comeback as I really want to have a good dinner. Friday is STEAK NIGHT...so... I am treating myself to this sumptuous mussel dish while they continue the meat fest..Enjoy!
