I got this new thermo lunch container at Target last weekend as I was getting tired of my weekly sushi bento box lunches
- BENTO BOX 1: Salmon sushi, Tamagoyaki, Beef Barbecue
- BENTO BOX 2: Crab sushi, Korean Barbecue, Sugar Snap Peas with Mushroom
- BENTO BOX 3: Crab sushi, Stir Fry Lo Mein
- BENTO BOX 4: Sushi, Baked Chicken, Veggie Tamagoyaki
- BENTO BOX 5: Sushi, Fried Tofu, Tamagoyaki
- BENTO BOX 6: Salmon Sushi, Fried Tofu, Sugar Snap Peas with Mushroom
So, this week, it's all about oatmeal and/or soup lunches -- the problem is - - I am hungry by 3:00 pm.
Long story short - -I was sitting in between another Director and a VP at a 4pm meeting and suddenly my stomach grumbled and roared like a crazy lion as if it was talking to the people in the room....yikes. So embarrassing!
Anyway, so hungry yet so tired to cook...so good thing there's this Batali sandwich -- similar to a monte carlo sandwich that you will also enjoy

extra virgin olive oil
